  • New Products (Single)

    Add unique name, unique code, make cost and landed or wholesale or retail price details. Select checkbox if multiple options such as colour or size. Save then configure variant options. Add images to complete.

    Add multiple unique names, unique codes, make costs and landed or wholesale or retail price details, variant options to excel template. Save and import. Images can be saved as the unique Product ID code and bulk uploaded.

Launch

Add the required products to your new selling period create your brochure and click launch, Email customers your own custom link allowing them to order in minutes from any technology with a web browser.

  • Add Products (Single)

    Click product to add to the selling period. + ADD ALL PRODUCTS (MULTIPLE) any products in the catalogue will be added to new selling period. Use to arrange selling period products position.

  • Add Brochure

    Click the selling period then brochure button. Name your catalogue and upload single or multiple images. Select checkbox to show catalogue on order form.

  • Click Launch

    Select your selling period and select “This period is ready to launch! Launch now.

  • Email Custom Link

    Send customers your secure site custom link. For example: https://sample.ordergofer.com

  • Customer Sign Up

    Click the custom link taking customers to your custom sign in page. Create new account or use existing account to sign in. New accounts include billing address and shipping address used for invoicing.

  • Customer Place Order

    Add quantities, notes and click terms and conditions checkbox. Either save as draft enabling further editing before submission or submit. Once submitted no further editing can be done, and a copy of the order will be emailed and available via orders page of the customer account.

Review

Check selling period results by product, customer, or country. Cancel products or orders and automatically send confirmations to customers of accepted product and orders with order form attached for their records.

  • Selling Results By Product

    Select selling period and click sales reports. Shows item, quantity ordered per item and the total value per item and for the selling period.

  • Selling Results By Customer

    Select selling period and click orders. Displays company, country submitted date and total. It also shows the status which could be draft or submitted of each order. Click the order# to open individual customer orders.

  • Selling Results By Country

    Select selling period and click sales reports. Filter by country to show item, quantity ordered per item and the total value per item for the country in that selling period.

  • Cancel Products

    Select selling period and click products. Browse products and click cancel. Cancelled products will be removed from customer orders.

  • Accept Or Cancel Orders

    Select selling period and click orders. Browse orders and click accept or cancel. Cancelled orders will be removed from sales reports.

  • Customer Confirmation Email

    Accepted or cancelled orders will generate a confirmation email to the customer.

    Select selling period and click purchase orders. Browse supplier and click download which will open purchase order in another window which can be printed or saved to the desktop.

  • Download Orders For Xero

    Select selling period and click orders. Browse orders and click export orders via XERO. An email will be received with the export attached for import into XERO accounting service. Other exports for CSV or EXCEL are available.
